We are excited to have you join us for our 2023 virtual transition forum. The Forum attendee website is open so that you can explore the agenda and add sessions to your schedule. Please take a look!
How to prepare for the Forum:
- Log in to the Forum attendee website. You will receive a one-time verification code via email and text message (if you registered with a mobile number). Email ccts@seattleu.edu if you do not receive a code.
- Review the Schedule – All Sessions page for a complete list of available live and on-demand sessions.
- Add sessions to include them on your calendar and access the link when the session starts or becomes available.
About the agenda (in Pacific Time):
- 8 a.m. (On-Demand) Daily Kick-off
- Each day starts with a prerecorded video with welcome messages and an overview of the day’s schedule.
- 9 a.m. Live Session
- Live sessions are recorded and posted to the Forum attendee website within 48 hours.
- 10 a.m. (On-Demand) Prerecorded Session
- After the live session, an additional session is available for viewing on-demand for the duration of the Forum.
How to attend the Forum:
- Visit the Forum attendee website to access links to all sessions.
- Live sessions
- Click the Join Session button.
- A Zoom waiting room will open in a new window.
- The meeting room will open at the session start time.
- Please keep your microphones and cameras off unless you are speaking.
- When the session is over, return to the Forum attendee website to find your next session.
- On-Demand Sessions
- Click the Join Session button.
- A prerecorded video will open in the same window.
- Share comments and responses to in the Chat, located in the right navigation bar.
- Post questions to the session moderators in the Q&A, located in the right navigation bar.
- Complete the brief post-session survey after each event you attend.
Earning clock hours:
- If you’re interested in claiming clock hours for this event, your participation is being tracked within Zoom and the attendee website.
- Clock hours can be earned for all sessions viewed by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, July 7, 2023.
- Clock Hours for Educators: By July 17, all registrants will receive an email from CCTS with a link to claim clock hours from Center for Strengthening the Teaching Profession (CSTP). You will need to complete a registration form and short evaluation through CSTP.
- Clock Hours for VRC’s: Please let us know if you intend to claim CRCCs by completing this short contact information survey. CCTS will follow up with you directly by July 17 with a verification of completion form.
